Can I order a ready-made piece directly from the website?
Yes. Browse our Shop page, select your piece, and complete your purchase online. No consultation needed — what you see is what you get.
Do you take orders outside of Cairo?
Yes. We deliver across Egypt. For deliveries outside Egypt, reach out to us directly through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp and we'll work out the logistics together.
Custom Orders
How does the custom order process work?
It starts with a conversation. You share your wall dimensions, color preferences, and any references or ideas you have. We send you a mockup for approval before production begins. Once you approve, we produce and deliver.
Can I request a specific size?
Yes — custom orders are built entirely around your wall. Share your dimensions and we'll work from there.
Can I choose the colors?
Yes. We paint with your requested colors and vibes. You can request specific shades or share a color reference and we'll match it as closely as possible.
Will I be kept updated throughout the process?
Yes. We finalize all details with you before confirming your order and keep you updated at every stage of production — so you always know where your piece is in the process.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Custom orders take approximately 14–20 working days depending on size and complexity. Your exact timeline will be confirmed when you place your order. If your piece is completed earlier, it will be dispatched right away.
How is the artwork delivered?
Yes — custom orders are built entirely around your wall. Share your dimensions and we'll work from there.
How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are not fixed — they depend on your location and the size & weight of your artwork. The exact fee will be communicated to you before dispatch.
Do you deliver outside Egypt?
For deliveries outside Egypt, reach out to us directly through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp and we'll work out the logistics together.
Payment
How does payment work for custom orders?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
How does payment work for ready-made pieces?
Ready-made pieces purchased through our Shopify store are paid in full at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (via Geidea payment link), InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and bank transfer.
Returns & Damages
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all our pieces are handmade and custom-built, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We share progress updates throughout the process to make sure you're aligned before final production.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and we will assist you accordingly.
Care & Installation
How do I hang the artwork?
All pieces are ready to hang on two nails. Make sure your hands are clean and dry before handling the artwork to avoid any marks on the surface.
How do I care for my piece?
Dust gently with a dry soft cloth. Avoid direct sunlight over extended periods and keep away from high humidity areas. Do not use water or cleaning products directly on the surface.
Can the artwork be moved after installation?
Yes — pieces can be carefully removed and rehung. Handle from the frame or sides, never from the canvas surface.
