Purchase Policy
At Canvasthetic, each artwork is carefully handcrafted and customized to reflect your vision. Kindly review our policy before placing an order.
Ordering Process
Orders can be placed through our Instagram DMs or WhatsApp (link available in our bio). For ready-to-ship pieces, you can also purchase directly through our Shopify store. All custom order details — including size, color preferences, and design specifications — are handled through the consultation process once you reach out.
Production & Delivery Time
All custom artworks are made to order and require approximately 14–20 working days for production, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Estimated timelines will be confirmed upon order placement. If your artwork is completed earlier than expected, it will be dispatched right away.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are not fixed and are calculated based on your location and the size of your artwork. The applicable delivery fee will be communicated to you before dispatch.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm all custom orders. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (via Geidea payment link), InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and bank transfer.
Ready-made pieces purchased directly through our Shopify store are paid in full at checkout and are not subject to the deposit system.
Returns & Exchanges
As each artwork is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We maintain transparency throughout the process by sharing progress updates to ensure full alignment with your expectations before final production.
Order Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before final production begins. Once approved, modifications may not be
possible.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will assist you accordingly.
