FAQ
How long does a custom piece take?
Approximately 14–20 working days from order confirmation, depending on size and complexity. If it's ready earlier, it ships right away.
How does payment work?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
What if I don't know what size I need?
That's what the consultation is for. Share a photo of your wall and we'll guide you to the right dimensions for your space.
Can I choose specific colors?
Yes — we work with Jotun paint across all pieces. Share a reference or color code and we'll match it.
How is the piece delivered?
We deliver to your door across Egypt. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your piece — confirmed before dispatch.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
